Trackmania, the racing game released by Nadeo in 2020, is played to the hundredth of a second: one track, one clock and the urge to beat the record. A dedicated server keeps that track open at all times. Your players meet there whenever they want, hunt records and chain maps, even when you are offline.
The controller runs inside the same server. MINIcontrol comes preinstalled: it keeps records, shows the live ranking, runs the jukebox and votes, and gives you admin commands in the chat. Prefer ManiaControl? Pick it in the settings, with a MySQL database from your MyBox. No second server to rent or link.
To get started, create a server account on the Trackmania website and enter its login and password when you create the server. Installation takes a few minutes. From the panel, you pick the game mode and maps, appoint your admins and share the join link with your players.

Pick a plan, then create a server account on trackmania.com/player/dedicated-servers: when creating the server, enter the "Server Login" you chose and the password Trackmania gives you. Installation takes a few minutes, controller included. All that is left is to share the join link.

A Trackmania server is light: with its controller, it uses a few hundred MB of memory. 4 GB is plenty to start. Move up a plan if you expect many players or several servers in the same MyBox.
The server is joined from the PC version of the game: dedicated servers are not available on console. On startup, the panel console shows a join link to share. You can also link the server to a room in your club, a feature of Trackmania's Club Access.
