What is StratorAI?

StratorAI™ is the artificial intelligence assistant built into the MineStrator panel. It knows the servers on your account, reads their logs, console and live statistics, then actually acts on them. Diagnosing a crash, installing a modpack, reinstalling a broken server, putting your website online or opening a support ticket happens in a single conversation.

Nothing to install, nothing to configure. StratorAI is available 24/7 in your client area. It answers at 3am just like on a Sunday evening, works across every game on your MyBox and on your included web hosting, and comes back on its own to check that a startup or a restore has completed.

Every account receives a monthly allowance of AI credits in proportion to its active paid plans, renewed on the 1st of the month, with a gauge in the panel that shows where you stand. If you want more, AI credit packs can be bought from the panel and stay valid for twelve months.

The system is designed so that nothing important happens without you. Sensitive actions require your approval one by one, on a card that shows their exact parameters and warns you when they touch your active world or stop the server. Risky operations require a recent snapshot, deleting a server requires a completed backup first, and every action is traced in the activity log, labeled StratorAI.

Yes. At each conversation, you choose its autonomy level. In read-only mode it checks your data and advises you, but never changes anything. Higher levels remain framed by the approval of sensitive actions.

Every server on your account. Minecraft gets the deepest integration (CurseForge and Modrinth catalogs, versions and loaders, plugins, Bedrock add-ons and worlds), the Steam Workshop is handled for DayZ, ARK, Project Zomboid, Garry's Mod or Counter-Strike 2, and reinstalling a broken server works on every game. All 34 MineStrator certified games and applications are supported.

In English, naturally. StratorAI detects the language of each message and replies in yours, French and several other languages are understood too. MineStrator's English-speaking human support also remains available, 7 days a week.

StratorAI is the ready-to-use assistant, built into the panel, with zero configuration. “Connect your AI” is for those who want to plug their own assistant (claude.ai, ChatGPT, Claude Code) into their servers through the official MCP server. Both rely on the same tools and the same safeguards.

Yes. The web hosting included with your paid MyBox is part of its scope: it tests your site over HTTP and HTTPS, reads its logs, writes or fixes your files, publishes a file from your game server with its public address, changes the site address, sets up the HTTPS certificate, manages the PHP version, subdomains, mailboxes and backups, and installs an Azuriom or CraftMyWebsite site end to end.

It does not send you to a form. After a real attempt, or as soon as a topic falls outside its scope such as billing or a refund, it writes a support ticket with your request, what it has checked and the server involved. You read the text on a card and approve sending it. Once support has replied, it reads the answer back and sums it up for you.
