The satisfaction guarantee, explained

After purchasing a service (a MyBox) paid by credit card, PayPal or credits, you have 24 hours to request a refund via a support ticket from your customer area. The amount is then fully returned to your original payment method.

This commercial gesture comes on top of your rights: our instantly-activated services are in principle not subject to the right of withdrawal, but we chose to give you this 24-hour window so you can order with peace of mind.

After this window, or if your server has already run beyond those 24 hours, the commercial refund no longer applies. Your legal warranties and our availability commitment still protect you.

In what form are you refunded?

The form of the refund depends on the payment method used initially.

Credit card & PayPal

You are refunded directly to your bank card or PayPal account, for the exact amount paid at checkout. The return then depends on your own bank and usually takes a few business days.

Refundable

PaySafeCard & Dedipass

These payment methods are technically irreversible: no direct return to your account is possible. Any justified refund is then credited to you as internal credits, usable everywhere.

In internal credits

Credits & gift cards

Buying credits or a gift card is an immediate delivery of digital content, so these purchases are non-refundable, whether used or not. A service paid with your credits stays refundable.

Non-refundable

Promotional codes

Discounts and promotional codes give rise to no refund, neither in euros nor in credits. They are personal, non-combinable unless otherwise stated, and valid only while they last.

Beyond the commercial gesture, the law protects you

Regardless of our 24-hour policy, you have solid warranties.

Legal warranty of conformity

Our digital services are guaranteed to match what is announced to you for at least two years (Article L224-25-12 of the French Consumer Code). If defective, you can require it to be brought into conformity, then a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Availability commitment (SLA)

We guarantee 99.5% monthly availability outside scheduled maintenance. Below this threshold, you can request a compensation, paid in credits, worth 10% of the monthly amount for every 0.5% missing, up to 30%, within 7 days of the recorded incident.

12 and 24-month plans

14 days to change your mind on longer terms

For a plan taken out over 12 or 24 months, you keep, as a consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). Only the portion of the service actually used between activation and your request remains due; the balance is then refunded within 14 days to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

These warranties add to our commercial commitment: they do not replace it and remain in force no matter what.

A simple message to our support almost always resolves the situation, and far faster than a bank dispute. That is what we are here for.

An abusive chargeback (opened without contacting us and on a service already used beyond 24 hours) incurs handling fees of 20€ per disputed payment and a temporary account block while the case is processed.
