Python stands out for its readable syntax and its huge ecosystem. It powers Discord bots, APIs and websites, automation scripts, data processing and any program that has to keep running around the clock. With pip, you add the libraries you need to your project, such as discord.py, FastAPI, Flask or requests.
Hosting it with MineStrator instead of on your own computer keeps your program online 24/7 without leaving your machine on. Point us to your GitHub or GitLab repository, public or private: it is cloned onto your server, and automatic updates pull your latest commits on every startup. The dependencies in your requirements.txt install themselves on startup, with your server's Python version.
A MyBox is not limited to a single server: your app can run next to a MariaDB, MongoDB or Redis database, or your game servers, on the same pool of resources. Everything is managed from one panel: real-time console, file manager and SFTP access, Python version choice, scheduled tasks. StratorAI, the assistant included with every paid MyBox, reads your server logs to help you understand an error.
Deployed from your Git repository in seconds
Enter your GitHub or GitLab repository, public or private with an access token, then reinstall: it is cloned onto your server and can update itself on every startup. Prefer your own files? Upload them over SFTP or from the file manager.
Your version, your startup, your packages
Pick from nine versions, Python 3.7 to Python 3.15, and switch anytime from the settings. Set your startup file, your requirements file or pip packages to add. git, ffmpeg and build tools come preinstalled.
Your bot, database and games in one MyBox
A MyBox is not limited to a single server: run a MariaDB, MongoDB or Redis database next to your app, or your game servers, on the same pool of resources. You can also invite collaborators, with the permissions you choose.

Pick a plan, then create a Python server in your MyBox. Upload your bot's files over SFTP or clone its Git repository, and set its startup file (app.py by default). Its dependencies install on startup from your requirements.txt, and your bot stays connected 24/7, even with your computer off.
Nine versions are available, from Python 3.7 to Python 3.15, with Python 3.14 by default. You can switch versions anytime from your server settings: on the next startup, your dependencies install for the new version. You can keep an older project on its original version.
Enter your repository address, and its branch if needed, in the server settings, then reinstall the server: the repository is cloned. For a private repository, add your username and a personal access token. Turn on automatic updates to pull your latest commits on every startup.
List them in a requirements.txt file at the root of your project: pip installs them on every startup, with your server's Python version. You can also add packages in the server settings, without touching your files. Pin their versions (e.g. requests==2.34.2) so they stay the same from one startup to the next.
Make your app listen on address 0.0.0.0 and on the port assigned to your server, available in the SERVER_PORT environment variable. It then answers on the address and port shown in your panel, behind our DDoS protection. A Discord bot needs no port at all: it connects to Discord on its own.
Yes. ffmpeg is already installed on your server, and the voice version of discord.py, discord.py[voice], installs like any library from your requirements.txt. Plan for a little more RAM than a regular bot, especially if it plays music on several Discord servers at once.
A Discord bot or a small script runs comfortably on 1 GB, the default allocation. Plan for more for a music bot, data processing or a high-traffic API. A MyBox is shared between several servers: even the smallest plan hosts several apps.
