Yes. SmartBackup™ is active on every MyBox, MyBoxPerf and MyBox Pro plan, with no option or extra cost, from the moment your server is created. Only free MyBoxFree servers do not include it.
Your entire server: the world, configurations, plugins or mods and player data. A restore puts the server back exactly in the state of the chosen point.
Every hour in our French locations, every 3 hours internationally. The rotation keeps 72 points: one per hour over the last 24 hours, then four per day, then two, then one per day up to 30 days.
From the Backups tab of your MineBoard panel: pick a point on the timeline, click Restore and follow the progress live. You can also ask StratorAI, the panel's AI assistant.
SmartBackup works on its own, continuously, with automatic rotation. A snapshot is your call: it is named, tied to your account and kept until you delete it. Before a risky change, create a snapshot, SmartBackup handles the rest.
Yes, at any time: every backup, snapshot or archive can be downloaded from the panel, including your database backups. Your data belongs to you.
You first get 14 days to renew or download everything. Then your server is archived automatically and kept for up to 10 years. You can restore the archive onto an active plan, even long after.
No. Captures are performed on the infrastructure side, without stopping your server and with no noticeable lag for your players. You never notice them.
