Rules
Article 1: Organization of the Mini-Game
The company MineStrator, located at Lieu dit en Roc in Castres, organizes seasonal events in the form of mini-games.
Article 2: Conditions of Participation
The mini-game is open to any adult individual residing in the European Union with an active subscription to MineStrator. Participation is included in the subscription and does not require any additional payment.
Article 3: Terms of Participation
To participate, the player simply needs to click on the "Start Game" button from their active subscriber account on MineStrator. No other action is required to participate.
Article 4: Prize
All participants will have the opportunity to win credits (virtual currency) or tokens to use on MineStrator. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or other goods. Earned credits must be claimed and used within 7 days from the date of allotment. After this period, unclaimed credits will be lost.
Article 5: Personal Data
No additional personal data will be collected to participate in this mini-game. Participation only requires an active subscription. The information related to the existing subscription is managed in accordance with MineStrator's privacy policy. Each subscriber has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data in compliance with applicable laws.
Article 6: Acceptance of the Rules

Article 7: Limitation of Liability
MineStrator shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or any other issues preventing access to or participation in the mini-game. In the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, the company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the mini-game without prior notice.

Article 9: Complaints
Any questions or complaints regarding the mini-game must be submitted in writing to MineStrator within 7 days after the mini-game ends. MineStrator reserves the right to resolve any situations not covered by these rules.
